Is my company inventory insured during the move?

We are liable for office furniture, technical equipment and documents during transport under the rules of the HGB; by law up to €620 per cubic metre of cargo space, and for business customers the amount may be governed differently by contract. For particularly valuable inventory such as servers or special machinery, we advise you on additional insurance .

Can the company move take place at the weekend?

Many of our customers prefer a company move at the weekend, in order not to interrupt ongoing business operations. We plan such dates flexibly and provide sufficient staff, so all workstations are ready for use again on Monday. Talk to us early, so we can optimally schedule your desired date.

How does the IT-relocation planning proceed?

The IT relocation is a sensitive part of every company move and requires special care. We disassemble servers, network technology and workstation computers professionally and label all cables for a fast reassembly. Optionally, we work together with your IT service provider, in order to ensure a seamless transition and minimal downtime.

Are branch moves at several locations offered too?
