A clearance often comes with uncertainty, especially when it comes to costs. At Beste Umzug Unternehmen you receive a binding fixed price from the outset, based on a thorough survey or detailed information. That way you know exactly what to expect before work begins – with no nasty surprises at the end. Whether it is a flat, house, cellar or commercial property: we calculate fairly and transparently.
Our fixed price includes clearing, transport, disposal and final cleaning; items of value are offset against it. The price can only change if the job changes – for example through an extra cellar room or hazardous waste that was not known at the survey. In that case we talk to you first. This gives you planning certainty, especially in combination with a private move or before a long-distance move.

When billing by the hour or by the cubic metre, the final amount is only known once everything has been cleared. A fixed price turns this around: the risk of the clearance taking longer than expected lies with us. To keep this fair, we survey thoroughly beforehand – including the cellar, loft and access routes. Our staff work quickly, cleanly and respectfully, even in difficult situations such as a household clearance after a death. For damage we cause, we are liable under the statutory rules.

For smaller quantities, we offer a shared load on trips that are planned anyway – for example if individual pieces of furniture from a partial clearance need to go to another place. For this too, we give you a fixed price in advance, so you know what the transport costs.

Process of a professional clearance
The process of a clearance always begins with a free on-site survey or a detailed assessment by phone. You then receive a binding fixed price that covers all services such as transport, disposal and cleaning. On the agreed date, our team clears the premises properly, sorts out reusable items and disposes of the rest in an environmentally sound way.
Finally, we hand over the rooms broom-clean, so that they can be used again or sold immediately. On request, we coordinate the clearance directly with a subsequent private move. This saves you additional organisation and time.

A clearance is often needed for a household clearance after a death, a move into a care home or in preparation for selling a house. Hoarders' flats, overfilled cellars or lofts are also among the classic jobs our teams take on. We always act discreetly, respectfully and with a focus on solutions.

How we calculate your moving price
The basis of every price calculation is volume and distance – the latter is charged at €3.95/km. Added to this are individual factors such as the floor, the lift and a parking restriction zone. For a complete service, we recommend furniture assembly and a shared load.
