Is my part load insured during transport?

With a shared load abroad , too, we are liable for your belongings under the statutory rules for removal goods; this liability is limited to €620 per cubic metre of cargo space. What happens if my piece of furniture is damaged?

Should damage occur during a shared load abroad , the statutory liability for removal goods under the HGB applies. Report visible damage no later than the day after delivery and hidden damage within 14 days to our customer service, which takes care of further processing quickly and easily. Through professional packing and careful loading, however, we considerably reduce the risk of damage from the outset.

Do you also offer packing materials for the shared load?

Yes, for every shared load abroad we provide high-quality packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and furniture blankets on request. If needed, our team also takes care of all the packing and unpacking, so that you do not have to worry about anything. This additional service can easily be included when the quote is prepared.
