Calculated, not estimated
A fixed price is only as good as the information behind it. That is why, for every express move, we ask about the furniture, number of boxes, cellar and balcony, the floor, lift and carrying distance, and whether a parking restriction is still possible. Cheaper with a shared load – with a time window
A shared load is also available at a fixed price: you only pay for the cargo space your belongings take up on a tour that is already planned, and the volume determines the amount. In return, the date is set by that tour – which rarely suits a fixed rush date.

An express move at a fixed price is particularly suitable when there is little lead time but the budget still has to be fixed – for example with short-notice changes to a tenancy or job transfers. We also calculate a fixed price for a short-notice long-distance move from Berlin; the route, driving time and access at the destination then also count. You add packing, transport and assembly as needed. That way the price stays predictable even for a rushed move.

From inventory to fixed price
The process starts with a phone call: volume, both addresses with floor and lift, carrying distance and preferred date. For small flats, photos or a video call are often enough; for larger ones, a short survey is more accurate. You then receive a written fixed price and – if a team is free – the date confirmation. The street is also factored into the price. In Berlin, parking restriction signs must be in place at least three full days (72 hours) beforehand, and the authority usually needs longer to issue the order. With only a few days' notice, we therefore calculate with a longer carrying distance instead of promising a zone that will not arrive in time.
What the fixed price includes – and what changes it
The fixed price lists the booked services – such as carrying, transport, dismantling, assembly and materials. If moving day takes longer than planned, the agreed amount stays the same. Whether a surcharge applies for a very short-notice date is stated in advance in the quote.
The price can only change if the basis changes: considerably more furniture than stated, a forgotten cellar or different access. That is why a complete list is worthwhile. We are liable for damage under the German Commercial Code (HGB), limited to €620 per cubic metre of cargo space required.

So that you can plan your move optimally, here are the key figures: for a 1-room flat prices start at €365, for 2 rooms at €609. A 3-room flat costs from €905, a 4-room flat from €1,329. For larger properties such as a house or villa, we prepare a tailor-made, individual quote. For long-distance moves, a price per kilometre from €3.80 applies.
