As soon as a suitable transport is found, a binding time window for collection and delivery is agreed, based on the planning of that trip.

On the day of collection our staff pack and secure your items properly before they set off together with other loads. With a private move, a shared load can be combined ideally with other services. At the destination, delivery takes place within the agreed time window, and you check together with us that everything has arrived complete.

Costs and savings through a part load

The cost of a shared load depends on volume, distance and flexibility on the date. Because several customers share the trip, the price is often well below that of a dedicated transport. How big the difference is depends on route and volume; with a long-distance move it usually matters more, because the journey itself makes up a large part of the cost.

We calculate every shared load transparently and offer a fixed price that covers all services including insurance. Tax tip: the labour costs of a private move can reduce your tax by 20% as a household-related service under § 35a EStG, up to €4,000 a year – so have the labour costs shown separately on the invoice.
