Process of a part load: step by step
First we record your moving volume and match it against existing routes of other customers. You then receive a specific date on which your furniture is loaded together with other consignments. Our team takes care of proper packing and securing so that nothing shifts or gets damaged during transport.
If the new flat is not yet free on arrival, your belongings can go into storage on request and be delivered later. Clarify in advance who opens the door at both addresses, where the lorry can stop and who confirms the handover. Before delivery, we get in touch with the exact date.
Costs and advantages of the part load at a glance
Because several customers share the transport costs of one vehicle, the price for each individual is considerably lower than for an exclusive transport. This effect is particularly noticeable on long-distance moves over great distances. With a shared load, too, you receive a fixed price in advance, after a survey for larger quantities.
Besides the cost saving, a shared load also scores ecologically, as fewer vehicles travel the same route. For smaller moving volumes, such as a private move into a student flat, it is often the most economical choice. This way you get professional moving quality at a fair and transparent price.
