Depending on the manufacturer's instructions, refrigeration equipment needs a rest period after transport before it runs again; plan for your chilled goods differently during that time. We are based in Berlin (Stromstraße 21) and, for a business relocation, provide a fixed contact person and a written schedule: which room is cleared when, when counters and shelving are dismantled and when what arrives at the new location. Your team packs stock and documents using coloured labels; we carry, transport and set up according to your floor plan. A successful commercial move begins with a detailed on-site viewing, in which we capture scope, inventory and special requirements. Afterwards we draw up a binding schedule that uses weekends or evening hours, in order to barely disturb operations.
On moving day, we take over disassembly, transport and assembly, including labelling of all boxes for a smooth reassembly. Finally, we check together with you whether everything has arrived functional and complete at the new site.

The costs of a business relocation depend on floor space, distance and special services such as furniture assembly or file storage. With our fixed-price model you can calculate reliably from the start and avoid subsequent bills.
One of the biggest advantages is the minimised downtime, as our team works efficiently and routinely. Statutory liability under the HGB applies to transport damage; for expensive equipment, additional insurance is available on request.

Whether a small 1-room flat from €354 or a spacious 4-room flat from €1,309 – the costs depend on the scope of your move. A 2-room flat costs from €605, a 3-room flat from €915. The price of a move depends mainly on the volume of the household contents and the distance, which is charged from €4.20/km. The floor and whether there is a lift also play a role, as does any parking restriction zone required. Additional services such as furniture assembly or shared load also affect the total cost.
