Business relocation at a fixed price: what is included and what is not
Clearly calculated
A fixed price for a business relocation is drawn up after a survey: we record shop fittings, counters, shelving, refrigerated units, treatment chairs or workbenches, the amount of stock in boxes, floors, lift, carrying routes and access at both addresses. It includes the services listed in the quote – typically dismantling, packing materials, transport, set-up according to your floor plan and, on request, the parking restriction zone. Work by other trades is not included: electricians, plumbers or IT service providers invoice separately.
The price stays fixed as long as the information is correct. If a storeroom is added after the survey or the lift breaks down, the effort may change – which is why everything that is to come along belongs in the survey. Whether a surcharge applies for an evening or Saturday date is stated in the quote in advance. For your accounts: the invoice is a business expense. If your business is entitled to deduct input tax, the net amount is what counts in the end; medical and therapy practices with tax-exempt turnover usually cannot deduct the VAT. For an external storeroom, a few shelves or individual pieces of furniture, a shared load can be cheaper than a lorry of your own. Your goods travel along with other jobs; in return, a time window applies instead of a fixed date. Here too, the price is fixed in advance based on our assessment – but a shared load is rarely the right choice for the opening day itself.

Process of a commercial move
Every business relocation begins with a free on-site survey, during which we record the volume of goods to be moved and discuss special requirements such as IT equipment or file archives. We then draw up a detailed schedule tailored to your operations to minimise downtime.
On moving day our team handles dismantling, packing and transport of all items. After delivery to the new location, everything is set up again according to your floor plan; technical connections are handled by your specialist contractor, so that your company is up and running again as quickly as possible.
Costs of an office relocation at a glance
The costs of a business relocation depend on factors such as the volume of goods, distance, floor and special requirements such as server moves. With our fixed price model you receive a binding quote after the survey that lists all services transparently.
Additional services such as furniture assembly, file storage or house clearance can be booked individually. That way you only pay for the services you actually need and always keep full control over the costs of your move.

We rely on clarity rather than small print. That is why: 1-room moves from €349, 2-room moves from €609, 3-room moves from €899, 4-room moves from €1,329. A house or villa can hardly be priced at a flat rate, which is why you receive an individual quote here. For a long-distance move we charge from €4.10 per kilometre driven.
