Price up front
A furniture lift, also called an external hoist, raises bulky furniture via the balcony or window instead of carrying it through the stairwell. For the price to be fixed in advance, a few details are needed: the floor, the type of opening, the largest and heaviest items and the situation in front of the building – pavement, front garden or parking strip. The fixed price then includes the lift with delivery, set-up and dismantling, the staff for operating it and carrying, and – if necessary – the parking restriction zone including the permit. If something changes on moving day that was not known beforehand, such as an additional large piece of furniture or a second job location, we raise it on site before carrying on. For long-distance moves to other cities, too, we plan the lift at the start or destination on request.
