• The application is made online or at the road traffic authority in the Hölkesches Haus, Friedrichsstraße 36, 34117 Kassel.

For moving day itself: the space in front of the building is often limited because residents park there. After moving in, you have two weeks in Kassel to register your residence; according to the city, late registration can result in a fine.
