According to the Reinickendorf district office, Konradshöhe dates back to 1865: master coppersmith Theodor Rohmann bought land and founded a small settlement that he called “Conrads Höh”. In the following years, villas surrounded by greenery and water were built. With about 2.2 square kilometres and around 6,000 inhabitants, Konradshöhe is compact. The central square is Falkenplatz with a small park, playground and shops.
