A house clearance is more than carrying out furniture: we clear the flat, house or cellar completely, set aside items of value for donation or sale and take care of the sorted disposal of the rest. We put documents, photos and keepsakes aside for you before anything leaves the room. If only individual rooms, a cellar or an attic are involved, our clearance service (Entrümpelung) is the right fit.

What does a house clearance cost?
We price every house clearance as a fixed price after a survey, with no extra charges on the day. As a guide: flat clearances start from €350 for small units, from €590 for medium-sized flats, from €890 for larger flats and from €1,290 for very extensive households. Discreet with estates and care-home moves
With house clearances after a death, a separation or a move into a care home, discretion matters. We work calmly and punctually and coordinate with relatives or heirs so that you do not have to take on the organisation as well. We sort out valuables, papers and personal keepsakes together with you before the rest is disposed of, recycled or donated.
How your house clearance works with us
After a short survey – on site or by photo – you receive a binding fixed-price quote. On the day, we empty the flat, house or cellar, separate recyclables, take donations away and leave the rooms swept clean, ready for handover to the landlord or for sale.
