The process in five phases
Every business relocation we handle follows the same five phases: 1. Survey of both addresses, 2. Quote with a fixed price and schedule, 3. Preparation with labelling, boxes, a parking restriction zone (Halteverbot) and coordination with the property management and IT, 4. Moving day or several stages, 5. Handover with a joint walk-through and a list of outstanding points.
What does the cost depend on?
The cost of a business relocation depends on the number of workstations, the amount of IT and files, floors and lift access, the distance and the time slot – evening or weekend work takes more effort. After the survey you receive a written fixed price for the agreed scope; the quote is free of charge.

How to keep downtime short during a business relocation
Short downtime is not achieved on moving day but during preparation. Together we decide which areas need to be up and running first – often the phones, reception and technical equipment – and which can follow later. Each destination room is given a code made up of floor and room number, which goes on boxes, furniture and equipment; at the destination the same codes hang on the doors.
A dedicated contact person stays in touch with your responsible staff member, the property management and your IT team. If the move is too big for one day, we split it into stages with their own time slots so your team can keep working.

Do you also move IT and servers? Yes. We disconnect computers, monitors and server cabinets in consultation with your IT team, transport them padded and set them up at their new location.
Can the move take place outside business hours? On request we work in the evening or at the weekend so your business keeps running.
Do you take away old office furniture? Yes, through our clearance service we dispose of old furniture properly.
What applies in case of damage? We are liable under the HGB (§ 451e); please report visible damage no later than the day after delivery and non-visible damage within 14 days (§ 451f HGB).
